Nutrition Tips
- Drink plenty of water
- Do not eat simple carbohydrates
- try to sleep eight hours a night
- do not eat carbohydrates after 6pm
- try to eat low fat high protein meals
- eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables
- eat fat(but good fat from fish and avacado etc)
- try to eat smaller portions more often
- always eat breakfast
- try to eat low GI foods

The hardest part of exercise is the start that is why most people don’t start but the truth is once they do they often love it. Here at Cotswold fitness we are completely mobile this means we travel to you and train you on a completely one to one basis or you can train with a partner or friend but we keep the groups to no more than two. We bring all the equipment you need for the best possible results for your particular circumstance weather that be weight loss, rehab or just fitness in general.
